Shipping, Returns, Exchange & Refund Policy

At Root Cure Organics, we are committed to delivering authentic, safe, and effective Ayurvedic products. This policy is governed by applicable Indian laws and regulations, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and the nature of the products we sell (consumable health supplements/medicines).

SHIPPING POLICY

 Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Processing Time: All orders are typically processed and prepared for dispatch within 1-2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding national holidays).
  • Shipping Area: We ship to most locations within India. International shipping is currently unavailable.
  • Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an automated email/SMS with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to become active.

 Delivery Timelines & Charges

  • Estimated Delivery: Delivery generally takes 3 to 7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on the destination’s location and accessibility.
  • Shipping Fees: Shipping charges are calculated based on the order value, product weight, and delivery location, and will be displayed during checkout. We offer free shipping on qualifying orders (as specified on the Site).

 Failed Delivery

  • Incorrect Address: The customer is responsible for providing the correct, complete, and accurate shipping address. If an order fails delivery and is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping charges.
  • Non-Availability: If the recipient is unavailable after multiple delivery attempts by the courier partner, the package will be returned to our warehouse. A refund will be processed for the product value only, after deducting the actual forward and return shipping charges.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to the sensitive, consumable, and health-related nature of Ayurvedic medicines and supplements, we adhere to strict quality control and hygiene standards. We do not accept returns or exchanges for “change of mind,” dislike of results, or opened/unsealed products.

 Eligibility for Return/Exchange

A return or exchange (replacement) is only eligible under the following circumstances, which indicate a product quality issue or error on our part:

  1. Damaged in Transit: The product bottle, seal, or packaging arrived broken, leaked, or severely compromised.
  2. Wrong Product: You received a different product than the item specified in your order confirmation.
  3. Expired Product: The product received has passed its manufacturer’s expiry date.

 Procedure for Reporting an Issue

  • Timeframe: The issue must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the delivery.
  • Evidence: To process any claim, it is mandatory to provide clear photographic evidence and/or an unboxing video showing the damaged product, the shipping label, and the condition of the box immediately upon opening.

 Exchange Process

If the claim is verified and approved:

  • We will arrange for the defective/wrong product to be collected at our cost.
  • A free replacement of the same product will be dispatched to you within 24-48 hours of verification, provided the stock is available.
  • If the exact product is unavailable, we will initiate a full refund as per Section 3.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds are processed only when an eligible product replacement (as detailed in Section 2) is unavailable, or when an order is cancelled prior to dispatch.

 Order Cancellation Refund

  • Pre-Dispatch: Orders cancelled before they are dispatched (before the tracking number is generated) are eligible for a 100% refund.
  • Post-Dispatch/Refusal: Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched. If you refuse delivery, a refund will be processed only for the product value, after deducting the actual forward and return shipping charges incurred by us.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

This policy and any claims arising from the purchase or use of our products shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION: Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this policy, your use of the website, or the purchase of products from Root Cure Organics Private Limited shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad), Maharashtra, India.
